RingCentral to Headline UC Summit 2020

< 04 November 2019 >

UC Summit is delighted to announce that Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for Unified Communications as a Service 2019, RingCentral will be headlining at UC Summit 2020.

UC Summit is a vendor-neutral, global event intended to educate end technology buyers and end-user organisations looking to explore the latest business communications technologies. Unlike other industry events, it is a fully-virtual experience designed for the digital era, giving registered attendees 90 days of online access to a wide selection of aggregated content from industry leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, Google and many more.

Rob Scott, Publisher of UC Today, said,

“I travel the world going to fantastic UC events, networking with users and vendors: every time I learn a lot about the rapidly evolving UC industry, but I always wonder about companies and visitors who couldn’t be there. Business leaders don’t always have time in their schedule or sufficient budget to attend live events.”

“We decided that organising UC Summit as a virtual event would give the opportunity for the global industry to come together, as well as showcasing the latest business communications technology.”

UC Summit’s mission is to work with a global selection of technology innovators and industry leaders to provide a new kind of digital experience for technology buyers. The virtual event helps vendors to engage with buyers during every stage of the buying journey while supporting customers in making informed decisions.

The UC market as a whole is growing and changing at a dramatic rate, and the event aims to give attendees an opportunity to refresh their business communications strategy in line with the latest market trends. According to Gartner, the average buying group for a B2B solution like communication tools includes between 6 and 10 decision-makers – all in need of unique information that they need to gather from various environments. 75% of decision-makers say that the purchase process is very complicated.

However, the UC Summit aims to change the research process for the UC buyer by putting essential information in a robust digital environment that buyers can access at their own pace.

Registration for the UC Summit is free, and doors open on the 20th of January 2020, where information will be available through three technology zones: Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Customer Experience as well as Cisco and Microsoft virtual villages. UC Summit is also hosting a Launchpad environment to celebrate some of the most recent additions to the marketplace.

All of the content, including downloadable product information, videos and more will be available for a full 90 days. This makes the UC Summit unlike any other event in the market.

Visitors and exhibitors can register now and gain full access to all the information they might need on the conference and exhibition.
