From September 2020, UC Summit is no longer a single event, its a platform, a virtual venue for Unified Communications, Collaboration Customer Experience technology events!

Attendees register once for the platform access (free to everyone) and then can quickly register for the events that are either live or coming soon

Yes! We will never charge attendees for event access. Our revenues are generated from exhibitors hosting their events on our platform.

You’ll see a variety of virtual event experiences from small single and multi-day events, to much larger multi-room conferences and expos.

Yes! The virtual networking lounge feature is an option available on all events. This must be added by the exhibitor, therefore, not all events will offer this service.

The majority of events are available on-demand, meaning once the event is open, you can click and play the videos.

Some keynotes and sessions are broadcasted live, these videos will be clearly marked. However, don’t worry, if you miss the live event we’ll place the video on-demand straight after for you to watch at your leisure.

The “ADD TO CAL” button allows you to add the event or session to your calendar. Its a really neat feature which allows attendees to allocate time in their calendars to watch the sessions at a time that is convenient to them.

The ADD TO CAL feature supports the following calendars:

  • Apple Calendar
  • Google (online)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (online)
  • Outlook (PC/Mac edition)
  • Outlook.com
  • Yahoo (online)

A virtual booth is like a stand in an exhibition hall or trade show, however, it’s on your screen.

On the booth you will find videos to watch, downloadable assets, a contact form and vendor ads offering further resources.

We now offer both simple and advanced style experiences, which help drive user experience and engagement.

We now offer single room events or multi-room experiences which help drive interaction and engagement.

For example at our annual conference and expo event, attendees can navigate their way from our reception hall, to our keynote theatre, virtual networking lounge, conference sessions and expo hall.
