The last 18 months has been all about getting people into the cloud to use voice quickly and worry about management later. We finally have time to look at robust voice management in Teams.
How do you manage user MACDs or a myriad of SBCs and calling solutions?
In this session we cover the basic operational management requirements along with the tools available within Teams and its partner ecosystem that help make the voice admin’s life easier.
Responsible for technical leadership and direction of the Messaging and Communications practice and team at BDO Digital Personally responsible for many UC projects ranging from the 10 to 35,000 seat environments. Primarily focused on the Unified Communications stack and collaboration technologies including Skype for Business and Teams from IM through full telephony rollouts. Additional areas of focus include business level IT strategy and architecture.
For fun I like to contribute back as much as I can. I’ve lost count of the number of telephony deployments I’ve performed and my head is full of tips, scripts, and other information. You’ll see me posting all over forums helping others get started and solving issues which can be frustrating to new adopters. I also run the local chapter of the TeamsUG.com user group.
